*Do you want to know what your son is working on?  Do you wonder what requirements they have to complete?  It's very easy.  You just need to log into Troopmasterweb.  This program allows us to track your son's progress and will give you valuable information if you just take a look!!   CALL Ryan West for login instructions
**IMPORTANT**  The following will be required for each boy attending

    scout camp next summer

1. BSA Health forms - Parts A & B must be filled out by a parent and Part C completed
and signed by a Doctor prior to being admitted to Camp Wilderness.
Follow the link below and print Parts A, B, C (FOUR pages total).
Give the completed form to Ryan West
Include a copy of the front and back of your Medical Insurance card

2. Church Youth Permission Form ​- Print and fill out the following permission 
slip and give to Ryan West

LDS Parental Permission Slip  (click link)

3.  $240 fee for camp - pay this directly to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints


4.  Scout Camp Packing List - NO cell phones, iPods, gameboys, etc.   Cameras
will be allowed!

     Things needed for scout camp EACH YEAR:

    • Health Forms - Parts A, B, and C of the BSA health form must be completed and turned in to Ryan West by Wed, June 1st
    • Parent Permission Form - Must be completed and signed by a parent.
    • Payment - Each boy must pay $240 towards scout camp.  Boys going to the high adventure canoe trip must pay $475 each.
